Valeo Online presents a marketing and networking opportunity for businesses to educate medical professionals about issues important to them and products and services available to address their unique needs. Valeo Online provides opportunities for companies to publish articles that lend credibility and expertise to their brand image and link them directly to more information about their offerings and contact information.
Valeo Additio
Monthly newsletter emailed to more than 3,000 physicians, dentists, hospital and health care executives. Valeo Additio features business, ?nance, health care and lifestyle articles written by sponsors that wish to provide detailed information about their products and services. This newsletter lists headlines and article summaries along with links to the full stories which are posted on Valeo Online’s website. Readers can link from the articles directly to the company website and/or the author’s email for more information. Sponsorships include one article published per newsletter, an article posting on the Valeo Online website for up to 12 months, logo placement on the newsletter and Valeo Online, company website link and contact information posted on Valeo Online.
Closing Dates
Articles and logos are due by the 1st of the month in which they will be posted. Newsletters will be emailed to the Valeo database the third Tuesday of each month.

Popular website hosts electronic versions of Valeo Magazine, surveys, prize drawings, and unpublished pictures and articles. Valeo-Online.com averages more than 1,000 unique medical professional visitors per month who spend an average of 12 minutes on the site. All sponsorships (excluding the Survey page) are for 12 months and include a banner posting with link to the sponsoring business’ website. All advertising contract space must be inserted within one year of contract date. VALEO will not be bound by any conditions appearing on insertion orders or material instructions that conflict with the provisions of this contract. If an advertiser fails to provide required material to meet deadlines of issue in which space has been ordered, the last published advertisement available will be repeated. If no advertisement is available, the advertiser will be billed for the space reserved per contract.
VALEO accepts the advertising placed by advertising agencies on behalf of their clients. As such, all costs liabilities associated with the placement of such advertising are the responsibility of the company for which such advertising space as ordered. Failures on the part of an advertising agency to pay for space ordered does not release the client company from obligation to pay for all costs contracted on is behalf.
All advertising material is subject to VALEO’s approval, and VALEO reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. All advertisements must be submitted by materials deadline in press-ready PDF format. VALEO is not responsible for any errors in advertisement files provided by advertiser.
Unpaid invoices past 30 days will be surcharged at a rate of 2.5% per month and forfeit all rate discounts. If it becomes necessary to turn an account over to attorneys or a collection agency for payment, the advertiser will be responsible for paying the surcharges and any fees that result from the collection action. To prematurely end an advertising contract, all rate discounts for contract are to be forfeited and paid by advertiser in the addition to 10% contract cancellation fee.

Valeo Online is an experiential marketing and networking opportunity for medical professionals to learn more about products and services being offered specifically to them. The Online Magazine is a condensed version of the paper version with opportunities for advertisers to post videos or commercials within the layout to give the reader a sense of their personality and knowledge. The Interactive Articles section provides a forum for businesses to share expanded information about their products and services and allows readers to ask questions directly of the authors and develop online relationships. The Photo Gallery is the site’s most popular section, with expanded coverage of stories and events published in the magazine.
In a survey conducted among Valeo Magazine's readership, more than 90% of respondents claimed to visit the internet on a daily basis and to rely on it as a primary source of information. Valeo Online aims to become a daily resource for physicians and medical professionals to network with one another in a fun, instructive and private setting.
